A rigorous background check including criminal record screening, employment history verification, and character reference analysis.
Candidates undergo 2-3 interviews with management and upper management to ensure alignment with our staff and site specific duties.
Successful recruits will be brought in to HQ for orientation and additional training before field deployment.
